- Fill out the form in Mobility Online. It is important that you use your student email address. Contact and information is made via your student email.
- Make sure to get your official study certificate (i.e. proof of previous studies) from the Swedish Defence University. Evidence of previous studies can be found in Ladok
- A certificate of active participation in the student union or the cadet union at the SEDU, if relevant.
- Once you have completed the application form, click on "send application".
- You will receive a confirmation email about your registration. At the bottom of the email, you will find a link to log in to Mobility Online with your student details. Save this email, you will need the link every time you need to access Mobility Online.
Complete the workflow in Mobility Online
- Log in to Mobility Online via the link in the confirmation email "Confirmation of registration".
- Log in to your personal workflow in Mobility Online. In the workflow in Mobility Online, you will see the necessary steps in the application process. All completed steps will be marked with a green checkmark. All mandatory steps must be met. The optional steps are marked as optional in the workflow.
- Supplement personal data according to the application flow.
- Upload required documents and optionally optional documents.
- Once personal data and mandatory proof of previous studies have been uploaded, the application will be processed by the International Office, and you will be contacted by email regarding your application.
If you need to change the information entered, you can do this by clicking on the step in your workflow where you want to change information, i.e. the step "view/edit application data". Then click the "Click to make changes" button, and then click "Save" to save.
Nomination and award
Once your application has been processed by the International Office at the SEDU, you will receive an email with information about whether or not you have been nominated to the university to which you have applied.
If you have been nominated:
- Log in to your personal workflow in Mobility Online. Review the host institution where your place has been accepted. Accept the assignment.
Please note that the SEDU can only nominate you, it is the partner university that makes the final decision on your admission. Sometimes, you may need to show proof of, for example, a certain language level. You will be contacted by the partner university by email about the further application steps.
If the partner university accepts your application and you are accepted:
- Fill in your bank details in your application flow in Mobility Online.
- Answer the question about the currency for the scholarship in your application flow in Mobility Online.
- Review and sign the Grant Agreement and upload it to Mobility Online.
About Learning Agreement
Some partner universities use the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) when setting the courses and others do not. See below which format of Learning Agreement you will use depending on which university you are applying to.
