Inspirational talk - How physical activity can improve wellbeing and study results
Interested in knowing more about physical activity and psychological wellbeing and also to get information about Student Health Services’ new group?
We will talk about how physical activity can have an important impact on your psychological wellbeing. We will also tell you about research showing that physical activity can improve your memory, concentration and even your intelligence. Finally, we will inform you about our new group “Get started with physical activity” that starts Wednesday 16 March on the Frescati campus. Welcome!
