Help us improve the SEDU website

Do you want to participate in a digital interview/user survey via Zoom, to help us improve the website? The survey aim to improve the user experience and the educational information on the website. The survey is done via zoom, takes about 30 minutes and you will be compensated for your time.

In our efforts to improve both the educational information and the user experience on the web, we need to find out what you as a student think about the website, which pages and services you use and which information needs to be clarified or improved.

Hope you have half an hour to spare to meet with our web editor and usability expert via zoom to help us improve the site. You'll need to connect via your computer or laptop so you can share your screen and show us how to search and navigate our site.

The purpose of this user survey is to make it easier for potential students to find the right information on our website and to make it easier to enroll in our programs and courses.

You will be compensated via the student ambassador agreement, 140 SEK per hour, and you will be paid for one hour. You do not need to have registered that you want to be a student ambassador to participate in the survey.

Right now, we have set aside Thursday, November 21 for these user surveys, but we can find another day if another day is more convenient for you.
