How to apply for a work permit

The main rule is that you should apply for and have been granted a work permit before entering Sweden.

The HR department initiates your work permit application by providing information about the employment to The Swedish Migration Agency.

It is important that you have access to the email address you gave us in your work application until you have received a decision regarding your application.
