Open seminar: Dr. Catriona Standfield

Dr. Catriona Standfield, University of Notre Dame, will hold an open seminar at The Swedish Defence University under the headline “The WPS Agenda and Institutional Change in UN Mediation”.

Dr. Catriona Standfield is a Visiting Research Fellow at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame. Her research examines gender in international institutions using interdisciplinary feminist methods. The seminar will focus on how differential practices in UN mediation become barriers for the implementation of the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Agenda.
