Strategic Talks: The Russia-Ukraine war – how to build civil and military resilience

Welcome to a panel talk that will discuss different aspects of modern warfare based on experiences from the war in Ukraine.

The panel will discuss various themes of modern warfare, civilian and military aspects of resilience during the war, elements of total defence, asymmetry, dispersal and the role of military industry in sustaining fighting power and national resilience.

Also, themes from Viktoriya Fedorchak’s research, where she provides a systematic analysis of the Russian-Ukraine war using the concept of resilient fighting power, will be highlighted in the discussion.
