Engelsk beskrivning om dig själv: July is a PhD student in the Department of War Studies in the Military Strategy Division. She holds a first Master's in International Relations and a second in International Security Studies from Macquarie University, Sydney - Australia.

July's research focuses on nuclear strategies with a strong focus on the French nuclear posture. Her work addresses questions related to nuclear signalling, nuclear deterrence, nuclear weapon acquisition and deployment.

Her PhD thesis examines the French strategy of the Ultime Avertissement as a case of nuclear dialogue in the 21st century.
