- Sarah Backman is a Postdoctoral researcher at the Swedish Defence University, Department of War Studies. She holds a PhD in International Relations from Stockholm University. Sarah's research is situated in the field of cybersecurity politics and international relations. In particular, her work focuses on cyber security conceptualisations, risk perceptions and complex systems.
