Research publications in DiVA
In DiVA, the digital scientific archive, staff can enter their publications as well as search among other publications written at the Swedish Defence University.
Publishing in DiVA
By including your publications in DiVA, you will increase the visibility of your research and potentially reach a wider audience. The publications will be included in the national database SwePub and they will be discoverable via Google.
The list of "Latest publications" on your profile page on the Swedish Defence University's website comes from DiVA. Information for the annual report and the performance-based distribution of funds is also retrieved from DiVA.
Publications written at the Swedish Defense University must be registered in DiVA when published. This was decided by the Vice-Chancellor in 2009

Instructions for registering research publications in DiVA
Create an ORCID iD
You have the option to add your ORCID iD to your DiVA records.
ORCID is a unique identifier for yourself as a researcher. Having an ORCID prevents confusion with researchers whose names are similar to yours. An ORCID is also required for publishing in some journals, and sometimes for applying for funding. Creating an ORCID takes no more than a minute. You will also get the opportunity to register your publications in ORCID's database.
