Strategic Leadership in Global Societal Security Programme

The Centre for Societal Security's (CTSS) Executive Education Unit offers an international programme in strategic leadership and societal security, consisting of four components in an educational progression, increasing in complexity and difficulty.

The Strategic Leadership in Global Societal Security Program is Swedish Defence University's contribution to Partnership for Peace NATO and Partnership for Peace Consortium NATO. The programme is targeted to decision makers, policy makers, academics and researchers working in the global societal security environment.

The most recent implementation of the "Strategic Leadership in Global Societal Security Programme" (SLP) was in 2023. At present, the SLP has been put on hold, to fully focus on the "Strategic Leadership Program for Ukraine Project". There is a possibility that the Strategic Leadership Program will be resumed in 2026. More information regarding this will be provided later on.
