Student Records
Your academic studies at higher institutions in Sweden are documented in Ladok. As a student, you have access to Ladok for students. This is where you register to confirm that you will participate in courses and programs, sign up for exams, and apply for degree certificates. In Ladok for students, you can also download certificates of registration and results.
Log into Ladok for students
You log in to Ladok for students with your SEDU account. If you do not have an active student account at The Swedish Defence University, you can choose to log in with your account from e.g. Universityadmissions / Antagning.se or EduID. If you have an account at another university, you can log in with that account and then switch to Ladok for students at the Swedish Defence University.
You cannot log in to Ladok for students with an employee account at the Swedish Defence University. If you are a doctoral student you need to retrieve your student account from the Helpdesk.
Log into Ladok after completed studies
If you have previously studied at the Swedish Defence University, but no longer have an active student account, you can use Ladok for alumni to retreive result certificates, apply for a degree, share your degree certificates and access foreign qualifications obtained with Emrex. In Ladok for alumni, you can log in with BankID or Freja eID.

Under My information you can change your contact details. Ensure that the information is correct, as the Swedish Defence University will use these details when contacting you.
Current and completed education
Under the current education tab, you can access courses and programmes you have been admitted to or registered on. Under the completed education tab, you can see courses and programmes which you have completed. Here you can also see the grades that have been reported for the courses that you have participated in. Grades are reported by the examinator or teacher of the course. if you have any questions about grading, please contact the examinator or teacher of the course.
Study certificates and result certificates
In Ladok for students you can download a certificate that verifies the courses and programmes that you are participating in, also known as a registration certificate. This certificate confirms that you are a student at the Swedish Defence University. You can also download a result certificate, which is a certificate that shows what grades have been reported on the courses that you have participated in.
