The website is designed to be accessible and useful to as many people as possible. To get the best experience, you should use a newer version of a modern browser.

Find your way around the website

The website has four entrances for you as a visitor. One for the Swedish Defence University, one for the Anna Lindh Library, one for the Centre for Societal Security and one for the Student Portal. Each input has its own launch node and from there you can navigate your way through each entrance.

Subject inputs (main menu)

Here you can navigate your way to the information that interests you. Choose from the options in the menu bar at the top of the page, along with the options that appear in the menu on the right-hand side.

Search the site

A quick way to find what you're looking for is to use the "Search Site" field. Type in the word you are searching for and click "Search". You will then be taken to a new page with a search result.

Change text size

You can change the text size of the website by changing the settings in your browser. How it works varies by browser. Please refer to the documentation of your chosen browser.

In most browsers, you can hold down the "Ctrl" button and simultaneously press the "+" button to increase the size. If you want to reduce the size of the letters again, press and hold the "Ctrl" button and the "-" button.

Screen size

The Swedish Defence University's website is adapted for different devices and screen sizes. We have chosen two breakpoints. One for mobile mode and one for normal desktop. For other sizes, the content is adapted based on the two mentioned.
