How to pay your tuition

Tuition fee for the academic year 2024-25 is 52 500 SEK per semester for master level programmes. Tuition fees are paid in advance on a semester basis. Once admitted to a programme or course, you will be sent an invoice with payment details.

Please do not pay before you receive your invoice as we track your payment to the invoice number.

For free-standing courses the tuition fee is 1 500 SEK per credit for undergraduate courses and 1 750 SEK per credit for Master level courses. The total amount  will be on your invoice.

The Swedish Defence University is not responsible for exchange rates or external additional fees.

The students accepted to start Autumn 2024, tuition must be paid by June 1, 2024.
