Reading Courses

The Research and Education Board's decision regarding reading courses within SEDU's doctoral education.

At its meeting on 9 September 2020, FoUN decided as follows:

§ 15 Management of reading courses within doctoral education

The FoUN decides that courses at doctoral level that do not involve teaching, so-called reading courses, are handled through individual commitments.

Reading courses must be included in the individual study plan (ISP) and documented via the form for reading courses, which can be found here. Word, 43.2 kB. The form is signed by the director of studies at the respective doctoral subject and then submitted to FUS for registration in LADOK as an individual commitment.
